LWML-Canada makes a change to structure

Today marks a milestone in the history of LWML-Canada. Today the League’s Ontario Sonset District and Manitoba and Saskatchewan District came together in the final step of merging into a single entity. As of today LWML-Canada consists of four districts in place of the original five.

The voting body this afternoon approved new bylaws and a new work program of $128,000 including a Goal of $50,000 in mission grants.

AAs the weekend progresses recipients of those mission grants will be chosen and new officers will also be elected.

The Ontario District of LWML-Canada is also meeting this weekend.
